〜 詩と音楽のコラボレーション 〜

気がつくともう今年の半分を歩いてしまっている。二十四節気では７月6日まで夏至にあたる。今海から爽やかな風が吹いている。窓から見える樹々の緑は、陽を受けて輝きを放っている。五感で初夏の生命力溢れる風景を味わえることを喜び感謝したいのだけれど、心穏やかでない7月が始まった。
議会では、＜集団的自衛権＞が、閣議決定されようとしている。アメリカの起こす戦争に日本も参加する方針へと国の方向が急激に大きく変わることが、閣議だけで決められようとしているのだ。６９年間戦争で外国の民を一人も殺さなかったことで国際的に信頼されてきた日本の戦後の歴史が、時の政権の一存でひっくり返されようとしている。世論調査によると、圧倒的多数の国民が明らかにそれに反対しているにもかかわらず。
「政府の行為によって再び戦争の惨禍が起こることのないようにすることを決意し、ここに主権が国民に存することを宣言し、この憲法を確定する。」と高らかに憲法前文で謳われていることが、そして憲法九条で「国際平和を誠実に希求し、国権の発動たる戦争と、武力による威嚇または武力の行使は、国際紛争を解決する手段としては、永久にこれを放棄する」と述べていることが、そんなに軽く反故にできるのだろうか。
今実際に起きようとしていることに誠実に向き合い、次の世代のために考えつくことできることを一人ひとりが実践し声をあげなければならない時である。
